What do I do if PA.exe stops working in the middle of a game?

If the game crashes mid-game and you receive the error that the PA.exe has stopped working, please submit a DxDiag report and a game log to support@uberent.com with any information regarding how often this error occurs.


How to run a DxDiag and receive a report:
  • Press Win+R (Windows key and the R key) hotkey to open the Run window
  • Type "dxdiag" without quotes and select OK
  • (If prompted to check if your drivers are digitally signed, click Yes)
  • Select the "Save All Information" button
  • Save as a text (.txt) file and choose location where the file will be saved


To find game logs:
  • Open the Start menu and enter this into Search: %localappdata%\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log
  • Open the "log" directory to find your game log(s)
  • To create a fresh game log, please remove all files inside the "log" directory and run the game again. A new file will be created containing all game output.
