Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Please download your drivers directly from the graphics card manufacturer website here:

* For integrated Intel GPUs:

Verify the game cache to check your local files and reacquire any that are corrupted.

In the Launcher:
  • Select Verify

In Steam:
  • Go to the Library and right-click on the game title
  • Select Properties
  • Go to the Local Files tab
  • Select Verify Integrity of Game Cache

If you are still experiencing this issue, please submit a game log and DxDiag report to support@uberent.com with error code: parsely and any information regarding how often this error occurs.

To find game logs:
  • Open the Start menu and enter this into Search: %localappdata%\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log
  • Open the "log" directory to find your game log(s)
  • To create a fresh game log, please remove all files inside the "log" directory and run the game again. A new file will be created containing all game output.

To run a DxDiag and receive a report:
  • Press Win+R (Windows key and the R key) hotkey to open the Run window
  • Type "dxdiag" without quotes and select OK
  • (If prompted to check if your drivers are digitally signed, click Yes)
  • Select the "Save All Information" button
  • Save as a text (.txt) file and choose location where the file will be saved
